How It Works

1. The Deep Dive

We start by getting a full picture of you — your lifestyle, habits, health history, stress, sleep, and what brings you joy.

We also look at your goals and what’s been getting in the way.

2. Your Personal Plan

From there, I create a plan tailored to you.

Simple, realistic changes around:

  • food

  • movement

  • sleep

  • stress

  • daily routine

Nothing extreme. Just what works for your life.

3. Ongoing Support

This is where the real change happens.

  • Catch-up sessions every other week

  • Weekly check-ins via WhatsApp or email

  • Support with any questions or concerns

After each session, you’ll leave with clear, manageable steps to move forward.

4. Lifestyle Audit

During the programme, we complete a 7-day audit of your routine.

This helps us spot patterns, refine your plan, and make your changes even more effective.
